Damn CH - always confusing the issue with facts. No matter who screws up, the guy with the most responsibility gets the most blame.

Harden and Lin seem to always have those lame ass TOs. I guess sometimes they always try to do too much.

    completely agree.

add one more case. defender pokes the ball loose when ball handler dribbles at the top of the 3 pt line and everyone stands around both wings.

Turn overs are there as a result of no set plays and players don't know their roles. This is a direct result of Rocket's style of play

The other troubling thing with the turnover issue is that we don't force turnovers either. I know it's early in the season, but teams with this sort of high turnover offense and bad defense isn't good.

    More turnover = winning more.

    Let the young players grow.

They handle the ball the most so it comes with the territory. They still have lots of improve in this area.

How many do the top PGs in the league have for TOs? just curious

The Rockets are currently 30th in the league in protecting the ball and also 30th in the league in forcing turnovers. Field goal defense is the most important element of team defense, and we're pretty good in that area, but still it is strange that the Rockets have not put more focus/energy on rebounding or forcing turnovers.

Here's a graph showing turnover differential for each team (essentially, TOV% - TOV_opp%).
