saw the interview earlier on rockets.com, saw Lin & parsons interview also... basically what's going on is they are saying the same thing after every lost to media BALL GOT STICKY, they all are kinda getting tired losing games they could have won with knowing the reason why is HARDEN still doing the ISOs in the 4th, no ball movement, & being lazy on D

after watching that film it has to be frustrating seeing how it always happens, Mchale does not demand enough respect for harden to change. I like what Howard said he is being a leader, if he has to call HARDEN oh well that's what this team needs is a enforcer ! this man came to Houston to win a championship & if that what it takes to call a teammate out to send a message then you do it!

If you notice harden didn't do a interview yesterday, he is not man enough to answer those questions on what went wrong in the 4th and ADMITT he has to change his game, it's nothing wrong with admitting to a problem.

I said this earlier on one play against the Mavs Harden didn't even bother moving his feet on defense and Ellis blew by him with little effort. At the inboud pass you could see Howard motioned to Harden to move you're feet on defense and Harden said something that Dwight not take kindly to. They were arguing all the way back to the bench when McHale called a timeout.

I like that he will hold our best player accountable on each play.

Every time Dwight says something, it has to be related to McHale's failure of coaching

I love the leadership here. Three guys play way too many minutes and the level of play drops before they get subbed. Hence, giant leads being lost multiple times during games. Stars are in charge of their minutes. Stars need to do what is best for the team.

After so many epic battle on GARM, True rocket fans 's first instinct is that oppose to whatever LOF advocate, at this unfortunate turn when Dwight basically said the same thing, they don't know how to react, kind of brain deadlock.

Dwight is supposed to be one of the veteran leaders, especially since he's gone to the Finals as a Starter.

If he's calling out the team (or subtly calling out the coaches), then it's probably because the message isn't getting through in the locker room.

As for the "be humble" comments, the list of who that could apply to is probably fairly short...

Marc Gasol. Andre Iguodala. Derrick Rose....all injured.

    Gasol's last 4 games: 39, 41, 39, 42 minutes. That's a lot for a big guy.
Iguodala played all 48 minutes the previous game, filling in for Steph Curry.
Kobe was playing very heavy minutes before he got injured last year.

Side effect of the failed Twin Tower experiment was Harden and others playing 40+ minutes against bad teams we should be blowing out.

Lin only had one point and couldn't make a shot and Parsons couldn't score in the 2nd half when Dallas started paying attention to him. But they're men enough to point blame on another player...

What was their excuse after the Philly game...??? Tell me I want to know...Lol...

Lin and Parsons have carried the team enough times that I think they're entitled to have an opinion. Dwight's been to the finals as a core Superstar and starter, so he's entitled to have an opinion.

We lose at least half of our games without Lin and Parsons stepping up, especially while Harden's been injured.

And Harden went 1/5 in the 4th quarter, so he wasn't exactly lighting it up either.

I agree with Howard on this one. McHale is a players coach and remember last year he said something like "They're young and it's just basketball. It's not like they're laying bricks in the Texas sun." I think it's McHale who doesn't trust the bench players. Can't leave it up to the player to regulate their time because they won't come out.

I'm not defending Harden. But I'm not jumping on those dudes bandwagon either when they're putting the blame on one person and not pointing out what they did wrong. They never do. This team will never have good chemistry and all they are doing is pis'n other players off. And Lin and Parsons didn't carry this team against Philly playing against no name players and they didn't say sheet after the game.

Howard did it the RIGHT way... Put it on McHale because he's the boss at the end of the day. And it keeps players from getting upset with each other.

    This.

Competitive players NEVER want to come out of that game, and that goes for every young player.

GOOD coaches are supposed to be the safety valve, the ones who put the leash on them and say, "I know you can do more, but you need to step back a bit".

And the "They're young" comment is one I always found disturbing. Being young just means they recover from injuries quickly, it doesn't necessarily make them less prone to injury if you over play them especially when you run a system as fast as ours.

Get Harden's and Parsons minutes down to more reasonable levels and make use of that bench.

Sometimes it feels like McHale is so busy trying to keep his job that he's willing to run his players into the ground.

While certain people still try to say minutes management was fair and Lin's fans does not know BB, here we are, the Rockets leader speaks the truth.
