Do you mean like last night...? Bev got 37 minutes. McHale could have gave 7-10 of those minutes to Jermey to see if he could get going offensively.

    Stop.

Parker was a 2x all star at Lin's age.

Bev was the only guard out there that looked like he gave a damn on defense and on offense he was doing ok. He was moving the ball. Also in the games Lin was going off Bev probably had less minutes then Lin.

First off, Parker got his first all star spot at the age of 26, Lin is 25. Second, Parker was in his 6th season. Lin is basically in his 2nd season of starting.

I got an idea for Lin fans,
next time at the game, steal Lin's chair.

Now McHale can't force Lin to sit!

See? that's the Palo Alto way, InNOut Burger animal style!

Harden came off the bench for the first 3 years of his career.

Also, you don't like the coach "don't believe in Lin's future." But if he had subbed Lin back in playing like that, while benching Beverley, wouldn't that mean he doesn't believe in Beverley's future? Beverley's 24. Lin's 25. If Lin had come in, wouldn't it mean that McHale believes in seniority and not meritocracy?

I would only agree to your argument if he was playing poorly in the last 12 games but so far this season Lin has proven to be pretty consistent at a high FG%. Hard to believe but Lin probably has the most consistent stat on the team so far this year. He's suppose to be our 2nd option aside from Harden shouldn't our 2nd option deserve more then 5 attempts before he gets benched? Makes me wonder if they already have a hidden agenda for Lin......cause if this is how much trust our 2nd option is limited to then this team ain't NEVER gonna win a championship mark my word.

Do you take this same stance when Howard plays like crap? Better yet should Harden sit when he sits in our end refusing to get back on d? Or when he shoots like garbage? I can point out quite a few terrible offensive games and every single other game defensively or effort wise.

You're just looking at regular season #s... What did Lin do in the playoffs...? Check what Parker did in his 2nd year during the playoffs. So no... They where not the same.

Wouldn't the more logical conspiracy, assuming you're not looking at things from a LOF eyes, be against Beverley? Dude is the "starter" and averaging less minutes than his "backup." Wasn't it all the rage to start the season that McHale was going to destroy Lin by limiting his minutes?

The funny thing with all this McHale against Lin talk is that so far, McHale has favored Lin so much more than Beverley it's not even funny.

Bev gives you absolutely nothing except sagging defenders on the offensive end. And a pkay or two on defense.

By the time Parker was 25 he had three championship rings and averaged over 20 points three times. Yes, let's compare.

Harden and Dwight our best two players and franchise players. lin is not. BTW, McHale benched Harden for not showing enough effort.

Are you still starting anti harden threads on ISH?. pewrtending to be a rockets fan here but using multipale ids which all starts with HAK bashing the rockets for lin's so called mistreatment on other sites?.

Considering how well Lin has been playing so far McHate couldnt possibly give any reason to limit Lin. He sure pulled the rug out fast last game though. Id rather a consistent hard worker be on the floor over a player who cherry picks, doesnt try on D, goes against the offensive game plan, and is shooting what...29 percent from 3 land? How many of Hardens defensive priorities have had career days against him?
