Jeremy made headline tonight with zero turnover. Great job.

People are just emotional because it was to the Mavs.

I don't care, Mavs aren't going any where. They will be a mediocre team and mainly playoff fodder for years to come. This game was more about the Rockets.

The Rockets letting their foot off the pedal, showing little discipline, and just not closing the game. Also they were pretty unlucky, especially with the calls at the end where the refs decided that it was okay to foul and mug on our side but it's whatever. This is the Mavs ceiling and this is our floor.

except it was 1 assist. It was the only assist our PGs got that night.

I think the problem is McHale doesn't trust Lin in anyway AT ALL. You need to keep one of your best scorer on to give him time to get it going. During the 17mins he was on he barely had any touches to the ball.

That's right, I think I saw Casspi run the point more than Lin tonight

The Mavs scored 123 points... with only 36 points in the paint. They shot the lights out.

I KNOW. Harden got all the attempts when Parsons was playing so well. The same thing happened when Lin had the hot hand. When will McHale learn!!!! So frustrating.

You can't seriously blame the bench for losing this game. Rockets down only about 8-9 when all the starters came in a butt load of minutes left. A good closing starter unit would have done the job. Yes, blame this one on Lin....he didn't show up to play tonight. This game shows you that you still need a very strong 4 that can defend the likes of Dirk, LMA, Love, Lebron, and Melo. Lin and Harden had a very tough time because of Dallas defense.

    1. Partly I'm glad that they lose these "we're gone try to outscore you" games. Not gonna go anywhere playing no defense.

    2. Dwight came here partly because of McHale, so, unfortunately, getting rid of his useless ass would probably not sit well with Dwight.

Meh... Work in process... Still saw some real positive signs last few games..

Perimeter defense still needs to improve but effort has improved and some of the shots Dallas were well defended.

Rockets still looking for an identity and leader. The hope is Harden steps up.

The reason McHale isn't playing a bigger rotation is that the bench isn't very good.

Overall more optimistic than 2 weeks ago. Obvious the coaches have worked with team on defensive situational strategy and offense running smoother.

The team never managed to stop the Mavs the entire game, whether the starters were in or the bench or any mix of starters and bench. The Mavs never really did manage to stop the Rockets from getting good shots, either.

So, in the end it comes down to makes and misses-- i.e., luck.

He was hesitant, not much energy. Not pushing the pace enough. Then he tried to do too much by himself. He needs to learn to command the pace of the game when he is on the court. His shot was a little off tonight and that must be a big factor. Most of his misses were like one inch from getting in, so I am not too worried.

what about the 5 3pt Bev missed and the 6 Harden missed. REALLY stretching to blame LIN when the starters lost the game Bev played 20 more minutes than lin and only scored 8 more points Harden missed the last shot Lin not even on the court

Same ****, different year vs. the Mavs. Rockets go up by double digits, win 3/4 of the game, then the Mavs crush the rox in the 4 quarter which = loss for Houston on the road in Dallas.

Why is James Hardhead shooting a 3 from Weatherford, TX with 43 seconds to go??

Why does he hold the ball for 12 yrs then make a pass with 3 seconds left on SC. Is he just wanting to draw down his team's FG%

If Garcia doesn't come out of his funk, Delfino looks like the one we should have kept.

refs had a plane to catch I'm sure of it as they shoved their whistles deep up their arses on the last play of the game.

This loss was very hard to take.

Yep! I also thought they should've attacked monte more. When they had jose and monte in at the end and monte guarding parsons, that's when parsons needs to walk the small guy in the post and shoot over him. I mean,if harden hits that ft we're talking a different ball game too. Its just 1 loss, that's all.
