If they get around that 6-8 seed and get us in the 1st round... I would be worried about Kobe pulling it off. Wouldn't you?

I would be worried Pau outplays Dwight more than Kobe vs. Harden. If the team gets hot they can run and shoot all night with us.

January 8th, not sure which city though.

Steve Blake on Kobe: “He looks like Kobe to me, basically. He’s moving well, right back to his old self.”

The more games the Lakers win this season, the better. Wouldn't mind them getting the 8th seed to avoid the lottery.

What's more likely, Kobe coming back and leading the Lakers to a 6-8th seed or us actually getting a 1-3rd seed?

They can end up with the 14th pick and draft undersized power forwards year after year

All I know is that it'll be a sad day the day Kobe retires. Basketball just won't be the same anymore.

From what i've heard its not the kind of injury that will take you a step back.

He is going to beast again.

Yeah it usually takes you 50 steps back, and then you struggle for a bit and then you die kinda injury.

Not true. There are still plenty of chuckers in the NBA (Carmelo, Russell WB). Plenty of whiners and plenty of overrated players. What might be missing is having all wrapped up into one, but the game won't be "different" without Kobe.

He done. Good riddance. Young talent taking over.

What? This kind of injury is one of the few that even today few players come back to what they were before.
