    Thanks for bringing this up.

    It's kinda sad that no other Rockets is up for any other award (defensive player, most improved, 6th man, or most exciting team)

    But at least we have Yao. Go vote for him please.

    Yes, I feel the same. In particular, when I look at the most exciting team with Phoenix up for running. Honestly, Rocket is an exciting team but unfortunately it can go both ways. At times, you can see a very entertaining Rocket but every once a while it creates an exciting opponent.

    maybe not getting the award could do wonder for Yao Ming this summer.

    That is OK.

    I wish him to get the award. He is my ROY. I will vote for him in every ROY poll to show my support.

    However, if he does not get it because the opinion of sport writers are different than mine, that is OK.

    I doubt that he care much about ROY comparing to the playoffs.

    Still, it would be nice if he get it.

    Thank you for the link. It is hard to believe that Yao will not get the ROY award though when all the influential sport writers such as SI and ESPN voted for Yao.

    It is even more so when you look at who was doing the poll, an Arizona newspaper East Valley. Haha.
