Read my post, I didn't blame harden for ALL of lawsons points. I was questioning his defensive effort on those plays where he was switched onto lawson. I'm just sick and tired of hearing james clamoring about "defense" in various pregame, postgame interviews but then proceeding to take plays off. He is the best player on our team, he can't be taking plays off on Defense. With that mentality we won't get far when it counts.
because Lawson was equally blowing past by our guards not only harden and as what the poster said harden didn't want to risk fouling especially if there was still a lot and time we still had a 10 point lead anyway you did see that harden had the same amount of steals and blocks as our other guards if not more right? and howbout the 6 out 22 combined shooting of the opposing SGs? I agree harden had bad defensive games but those 2 plays when he had 5 fould and we were up 10 doesn't give the entire story for this game

And I'm getting sick as well of people who keep complaining about Harden's defense. We watch the game too. Let the coaches handle the players' mistakes. Geez ... how many threads do we need about Harden's lack of defense?
I'm not a big D'mo fan but I'm a fan of his just becuase he doesn't pump fake down low 3 times before missing a 2-inch layup
