You wonder why your 1 star threads get locked? Your assertion is borderline ridiculous therefore you risk locks.
I didn't close the other thread you are whining about, but if it was the same as this one then it belongs in the existing thread about "Harden or Lin One must go." If Clutch closed it, you should not try to make it again, its the quickest way to lose your thread posting abilities. With that said, put this in the right thread, and I don't mean make another one.
