thats the joke. Lofs usually make Harden the defensive scapegoat but now James Anderson put up 36 on 85% on Lin

this. I have never seen the Rockets run more than one screen in a possession. I was watching the Knicks Hawks game and the Knicks ran a triple screen in one possesion. Rockets don't do that

He would even stay home with Hawes. That's how Hawes got his looks for threes. Any when he was guarding Allen or Davies, they still had him defend the PNR the same way. Our pgs just get murdered being ran into multiple picks until the opposing pg gets free.

I actually thought Lin would sit longer when they were up by 10, but instead Lin came back in completely gassed. He had no legs and you could tell because his jumpshots were short. McHale is seriously going to run Harden and Lin into the ground if he keeps this up, but the biggest problem is there is no production from the bench right now other than Lin. Until this game Casspi hasn't been hitting his shots the way he did preseason. Garcia has been booty from 3-pt land for a while now and they make him play with the flu.

Oh come on. We made a 6ft'3 point guard guard him. Honestly, I don't blame Lin too much on his defense. He does need to cut down on his TOs though.

1st Anderson is not a shooter, ffs he shoots 33.3% 3pt over his career
2nd by your logic, a shooter get hot and he can't be defended anymore? if so we'd have lost to the lakers by 40 and wouldnt even come close when they made 7-10 3s in the 1st quarter.

It was poor defense by Lin at first, but it was luck in the end.

It's his fault though to ride the bench player for 48 minutes, creating and perpetuating his mistakes due to fatigue, and thus help bring out alot of those 8 TOs.

It's his fault also, to do a 7 man rotation and exhaust the starters, while failing to incorporate your perimeter defensive guy even though you knew that your team's defense was in dire need of reinforcement.

The Rockets now are not that great a team, but they should definitely NOT be losing to sixers, lakers and scrapping out a 2OT win over the Raptors. Those losses should be on the Coach.

It doesn't matter, since we lost, but here's Jeremy's highlights:

And the team played SO MUCH better defense without no D Haren... Not a player in Philly's starting lineup scored under 15 points.

I do not have a problem with how he choose our starters.

He should play a 9 man rotations in previous games, give some time for Brewer to develop. A lot of people on this board have been saying that he should not play 8 man rotation especially this early in the season.

If you do not give time to your backup players, you will have no people to look to when the starters are injured or have an off game.

Yes, this had happened to us last season, until Morey forced McHale's hand by trading away his people.

Either Morey is actively looking to trade away Brewer, or Mchale fails at his job of managing player's minutes.

James Anderson was Harden's backup who got few minutes to play last year. In the minutes he played, he showed potential while also showed he needed more experience.

Did you watch the game or just saw the box score and Anderson/Lin lined up?

He had 3 easy baskets, which were 75% of his makes, the rest were either with a hand in his face or circus wraparound/fadeaway shots. He was just hot tonight. Normally he goes completely unguarded and still can't make shots and teams just rotate off of him.

McHale even benched Beverley so he could put a wing on Anderson for most of a quarter. It just didn't make any difference the way he was hitting tonight.

Lin-fantastic game. Dude is averaging 30 in the last two game. Fix the defensive and turnovers and he is playting like a allstar

Dwight- Stretch bigs are going to trouble him so no surprise Hawes was huge with those 3's. His free throw shooting will bite us in the rear end in the playoffs

Parsons defense on Evans started out terrible but it improved. His outside shot is shot and he is now passing up shots. Atleast he still slashes towards the basket well

Jones needs to finish better around the baskewt, but he hustles and rebounds well

Bev was getting bullied by the much bigger wroten, but he fought back well.

Casspi is back to playing well again.

Garcia needs to get back to his role as a catch and shoot guy. When he puts the ball on the floor it is a turnover

Asik will be traded by the deadline. He looks dis-interested.
