Here are the final standings of the West Conf:
    1. Spurs
    2. Kings
    3. Mavs
    4. T-Wolves
    5. Lakers
    6. Blazers
    7. Jazz
    8. Suns

KG and the T-Wolves look like they will have yet another 1st round loss. Poor guy. :(

    And East? Who cares?

Most interesting first round series to me is the Spurs and Suns. Dallas caught a big break by dodging LA in the first round. Instead Minnesota gets to deal with them. Poor T-Wolves.

I want your thoughts on a Spurs-Suns series because IMO that will dictate how the playoffs will go.

Spurs are going to lose to the Suns in the first round!

I am not quite sure of this but doesn't the Suns own their season series?

i would hate it if that happened, then the lakers only have to play one great team, probably sac,
first they dodge dallas, in the forst round and have to play the t-wolves, and if the suns beat the spurs, the lakers wil be champion.

Dream, yes the Suns own the season series. They won it 3-1. Their only loss to the Spurs was in an overtime game in January in San Antonio.

And yes it would suck for all of us Laker haters if the Suns do defeat the Spurs. I respect the Suns franchise, but it would also be nice to see the Spurs win and see the flakers have to play the best team.

Suns shouldn't be a problem for the Spurs. Tim Duncan's just too much.

I personally picked Spurs over Kings in WCF.

Yes, I would like to see the Spurs win and make it a more exciting playoff picture, but you who are saying anyone except the fakers are going to win the finals are fooling yourselves.

keep in mind, i hate the lakers but know shaq is back to his old and unstoppable self.

Now that the Rockets are not in the playoffs- I will cheer the Spurs on.

I do not see anyone able to beat the Lakers. I do not want the Lakers to win again. This will be bad for NBA basketball. I just cannot see anyone beating them in the playoffs.

The Spurs have the best chance though. Kill them Mr. Duncan....

Interesting you have the Blazers winning first round ZRB. I pick the Mavs in 6 because I can't count on Portland showing up every single night to play playoff basketball.

HakeemdaDream.... Trust me ...my boys, Manu, Kevin, Tony, and Timmy and the rest of the Spurs will spank Phoenix @ss in the first round!!!! I know the Spurs lost to Phoenix 2 years ago, not sure if it was the first round, but Duncan was out with injuries. SA usually has no problem beating the 8th seed especially with a healthy Duncan. C'mon man give the Spurs a little love, after all, unlike Rudy, they do a good job of getting production out of ex Rockets.
