Yes, i finally found a trade option that might work. check it out.

    Rockets trade

    Steve Francis
    Eddie Griffen

    for

    Grizzlies trade

    Jason Williams
    Pau Gazol
    Gives back our 1st Rounder

    TRADE ACCEPTED

Rockets would do this because they need a fresh start like the Nets when they traded Marbury For Kidd. Now well, we have a distrubuter that can pass the ball around and a strong PF that can post up and shoot the ball.

Grizzlies would do this because they need an all star that can carry the team on its shoulders and win some freaking games.
They would take a chance and let Paul, and Williams go to get a franchice player.

    Rockets Future Lineup

    J. Williams/undicidable/Tito Madox
    Cuttino/undicidable/Hawkings
    Posey/Boki/Rice
    Pau Gasol/ Mo Taylor
    Yao Ming/ Kelvin Cato

Undeciable means they could draft or sign a PG or SG
since we got rid some cap room. and Mooch stupid Contract

Now we are going to be a playoff conteder like the kings with one allstar.

    Rockets--- Yao
    Kings---C Webb

Leaving out the merits and the BYC issues, this trade's declined unless J. Williams got signed to a max contract when I wasn't looking.

Great.. not only do we lose our all star guard leaving us with a ballhog and a turnover machine to run the show.. we become even softer on the inside..

    No to that deal.

    Yes.

He's a creampuff in the middle.

He's really more of a SF in a C's body.

Well, he is more aggresive than Griffin around the basket.. but I'd rather have a bruiser than a mini-Yao down there.

I still think he will be a good addition to the Rox. And plus he is better than eddie. And dont forget he got rookie of the year.

My other gripes with the idea are:

    1) I don't like our two best scoring options being at the 4 and the 5

    2) If we made Mobley a 1 or 2 scoring option, our offense would never recover

    3) Gasol's numbers are kind of misleading, he plays for a god awful team.. it's the Caron Butler syndrome.. as soon as you put him on a decent team, his numbers will drastically deflate.

Ooh! I am so scared tough 11 year old guy!

Who are you? Carroll Dawson's son?

For the umpteenth time, kid, Francis is not going to be traded and if for some strange reason he does GET traded, it sure as hell won't be for White Chocolate.

Go to the ESPN boards and disrupt them, they would like you.

walls, obviously you haven't looked at the stats, becuase Jason Williams is neither a ballhog OR a turnover machine, he was second in the league in both assists and assists per turnover this season, maybe you were refering to the Grizz getting a turnover machine in Francis.

Disclaimer: This post is in no way supporting this trade, just wanted to lay out the facts for all of you.

I'm not a fan of William's ball handling.

There's a reason the Kings dumped him.

He has improved lately but his performance throughout his career has been inconsistent at best, I don't trust him with the ball as far as I can throw him.

First of, im not 11, second White Chocolate is a better passer, and they will give us a exta player Paul Gasol. C'mon Rudy would be a dumb ass if he lets this trade go.

Yes with a little different consideration:-

    PG Williams , Maddox
    SG Posey, Piatowski
    SF Gasol, Nachbar
    PF Brand, Taylor
    C Yao Ming, Bateer

We also trade Moochie, Hawkins, Collier, Rice and Cato with these Trades and our pick we find a Starting PF(Brand), Back up Shooting Guard (Piatowski) and a back up Center ( Bateer) !

    If the Truth be told!

The main change I am interested in is that we get Brand from the Clippers!

The players to be considered for a trade, in order of lets move him on: MOOCHIE,HAWKINS,RICE,COLLIER MOBLEY, CATO, GRIFFIN
THe last three should only be traded if in the Trade we make the Team SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER!

It's a moot point. The salaries don't work. It's not going to happen.

i wouldn't trade francis for him either. but the reason the kings dumped jason williams was cause of his attitude. he also made racial remarks to an asian fan in the crowd. that got him a one way ticket to memphis. a lot of asians in sacramento are kings fans, so they didn't want to lose out on ticket sales.

It won't happen, but that trade favors the Rockets big time.

Jdub has become an effective pg. (He is max btw)
SF is not an effective pg. He's a two minus a half and a skip.

Gasol is light years ahead of Griffin.

    Ming
    Gasol (Can also play three)
    ?
    ?
    JWil

is good good good. The ball moves We would still trade Cat, Rice, and Cato, for good value. Get good shooters and passers at 2 and 3, and a backup thug for the frontline. Jwil can feed Ming and Gasol all day, and Gasol draws fouls like nobodys business. That's a very good lineup, much much better than anything with dribble dribble cross cross (turnover?) clank.

Memphis would never do this. If I'm Houston, I would in a second.
