Juicing is freaking awesome and a great part of a balanced diet, but no one really believes you can just drink juice and only juice right?
what kind of blender did you use? ive been considering switching from a juicer to blender for the fiber benefits. however the belnders that pulverize whatever you put in it are extremely expensive. you say drinking it was terrible? because it was still clumpy or was it just taste? comsidering a blendtec or vitamix which im under the impression they can pretty much liquify your veggies where you get a smoothie type drink..
My friend tried it for a couple months and lost 50 pounds, and he felt great. Definitely something to try, especially if you spend a lot of time in the office or at school.
He only drank juice for a couple months? Does he even lift? (srs) Not hating, just trying to understand. I imagine I would go insane after 1 or 2 days of this and definitely don't think I would be able to keep up my workout routine. Cutting is bad enough with real actual food.
