So you admit Lin is a role player and we shouldn't pay any attention to him. Cool. Oh, by the way can you stop please talking about him, too? We don't want hear about a role player.

 

Starters should get the blame after every loss. bench players are in the bench for a reason.

 

Cleverly disregarding the fact that the starting lineup was the only thing that did work in the second half.

 

Both Harden and Howard are are vying with each other to be "the man", it's a matter of when not if Asik's traded, Parsons & Casspi are playing for a contract and there's an ongoing PG battle at the moment.

Yeah, the chemistry isn't there.

 

So it's Lin's fault when people miss layups and wide open shots? Stop hating bruh

 

Why'd you name yourself after two bench players then? You don't seem to think they have much impact on the game.

 

We lost the game when they called the BS fouls on Beverly, no one else stepped up except Parsons and it took too long for Lin and Harden to get the ball to him if they did.

I didn't see the desire to win in anyones play except Beverly tonight.

I was watching the clippers stream and they made a really good point. Who is out leader? Harden and Dwight aren't vocal, Parsons is the captain, but we really need a leader.

It's a young season, our expectations are sky high, and unfortunately some small mistakes have cost us 2 games already this year, hopefully we can find tune a couple things and start creating some space between other teams in the league soon.

It is a Rockets forum. Many people talk about D-Mo, Casspi, and many talked about P Bev last year when he was the backup. I guess real Rockets fans only talk about Harden and Howard and Parsons, the best trio in the league.

 

No one can run the show when they are quiet. Brooks should have come in instead of lin especially when lin was not playing well and Harden needs to rest.

 

Overall I blame Mchale. We won't beat the clippers until his rotation changes. We have athletic enough defensively once Howard sits down he goes to non athletic in his rotation. I remember seeing a lineup of Lin, hurt Harden, Parsons, Casspi and Asik. This isn't the 1980's Boston Celtics and we are playing the Clippers dude you need defenders that are athletic out there.

 

So bench players are useless and we shouldn't expect anything out them. Then why they are getting paid again?

 

Harden and Howard probably had the best chemistry of any two players on the floor...almost every Harden assist was to Howard.

 

Tonight is the most selfless Harden has been in a while. Lin got his chance in the 3rd to run the offense and blew it possession after possession.

 

Crediting a bench player in a win is like thanking your passengers in a car for successfully avoiding a car crash.

See how that works?

I don't blame Lin for this loss. Lineups and our defense are a mess and we have yet to find our 3 point stroke as a team. Still REALLY early though. I'm keeping the faith that adjustments will be made and our shooting will come around.

 

is it me or did we just completely abandon the PnR in the 2nd half?
