Maybe its just me,but I never seen a all star or even a good player with a name I couldnt pronounce. Not to mentian he looks dumb as hell. Ive never seen a good player that was ugly. Also,Zach Randolph is who better be a rocket next year,or its a lost season from the beginning. Mobes and Grif for Zach. Sign posey and jon barry.

    francis/barry/posey/morris/boki/taylor/zach/ming/cato

thats a nine man rotation. I also like Kwame Brown for mobes+grif. Grif cant even dribble like Brown much less anything else.

i woudn't mind having Zach Randalph with the rockets. But MOBLEY AND griffin for randalph:rolleyes: , you do know what his averages are this year. i mean he is a nice player, but griffin has alot of potential, and mobley is a good player.

this is the 100 unbelievble trade i read today. because we didn't make the play offs doesn't mean that we should trade our whole team for a bunch of bench players on other teams. People lets stay realistic

Plus wrong forum. But this dude is listed as the 16th best banger in college. That means he would probably be around 150th in the nba.`He is listed as the 10th best center in college. IN the nba, that would put him about 120th. Might as well put cato at pf since cato is the second best in the ENTIRE nba at rebounds per 48 minutes.
News flash, griffin was touted as the #1 overall, and he still cant hold the job.Griffin was the best rebounder/shot blocker that year, and he is still YEARS away from being good.Forget college. If any player would make an impact in nba,he would have to be atleast the top 3 rebounding in college. If his name isnt Darko, then forget him. Whats weird though is that w.yo.ming is almost like yao ming.Probably an omen we draft him. Oh well, its not like this team will win a ring within the next decade anyways.

I agree. But just so you know, mobes and grif arent regarded around the L as good as we think they are. ASk portland fans on portland forums if they would take grif+mobes and they will say NO. So who is right here? Portland fans or rocket fans?

fact is mobley is TOTALLY redundant. posey/morris/boki/rice/steve(playing sg) all make mobley redundant.

so basically its a straight up grif for zach. And if you look at season averages, then you will lose this debate. Thats what people who only watch espn and newspapers know.Zach would play like a few minutes, hence, small averages. Look at the last two weeks of season with more playing time, dude went off. ONe game had like 31pts+21rbs against pau gasol.nevermind.Pau gasol sucks also.

I think we lost our sanity with our playoff hopes...

To get back to topic, I think Nsonwu would be a nice add to the team as back up(espesially if we lose either one of our PF in trades, like every sugests!).Good banger comparer to Oakley,is 24 so should be more mature than others...

Looks like Ousmane Cisse is trying to declare for the draft again under a different name.

i think Randolph is a good player, and he will be better next year if he gets the chance to play some major minutes. But. Mobley is a great offensive player 17-4-3 are good numbers and last year he got 21 points. he is a good pleyer, and you do not trade him for a benchwarmer, especially not Mobley AND griffin (a player with great potential). if you look at the trade you get
Potential (randolph) for potential (griffin) and a good player. that isn't a good trade. also Portland does not need a player like mobley. so i agree that they woudn't do the trade. But i think Mobley is seen as a good SG, not a great but a good. around the L

Cisse is smaller than Uche. But at least he's an energizer bunny!

I hope that wasnt directed to me. Anyways, you post just validates me right ,as always.

he is 24,and mature. Great,so explain to me why the hell we should draft a 24 mature grown man who isnt even in the top 15 bangers in college.

its no use for me to even try to argue. I saw most on this board last year perfer Dunleavy over Amare, and the same mistakes will be talked about here again.

My post was directed to all the crazy trades proposed here in general. But if u want to make it personal it's ur choice...:)
BTW what did I ever say to get ur rights "validated"?!

Why should we draft a guy like that?Coz I doubt we can get TJ Ford or Anthony in the SECOUND round!!!

Concerning ur trade,I think we can get way more out or EG+Cat than just Randolph...

This thread has been ruined by unspecified people.

Anyways...he looks huge and old. But I like him. Sure. We should get him.

    Or a shooter...just a pure shooter...

    or a 7-6 guy.

Thanks for cancelling out any basketball intelect you may have with inane comments like this....totally irrelevant and childish and "dumb as hell" as you might like to say.

Any player who makes the NBA is "good" for obvious reasons. And if you think every player in that league is one that people worldwide would all refer to as attractive, you are sadly mistaken.

    PAGING TYRONE HILL!!!

Well, if he's anything like Hakeem (Nigeria export), he'll have a 3.5+ GPA, and know 4 or 5 languages.

    Not dumb.

I'm intrigued by this guy as well. We do need a banger to complement Yao. If Uche were to work out, that would make Cato more expendable. Cato himself could net us the third guard we need.

For the 3rd guard I suggest we draft a Euro stud named Boris Diaw.Great versatility: ball handling skills, defense and athleticism.
There's a whole lot of teams that are in dire nead of and inside presence and that would be willing to trade their 1st round for Cato.

I remember seeing this guy in Slam Magazine. His coaches compare him to Dikembe Mutombo with better offensive skills.I would take him if he is available!!
