I think you just described Harden perfectly.

you LOH are definitely bloody blind. Lin played solid this session so far. 54.7% on shooting, 43.8% on 3ps, 4.2 assists, 1.7 steals, and he gets 15.3pts with only 9 shootings per game. He played so well but Mchale still benches him. He tolerated all these unfair but still got being yelled and blamed for things he didn't screwed up. And now you guys say he's garbage. You LOH are pathetic as human being. Losers.

Guys listen the team isn't yelling at Lin to break him down its called tough love and anyone who plays a sport should know that. I play basketball ball and there's not one game where I'm in my teammates face and them in mine we do it to push each other and if you break easily you shouldnt be on the court.

And don't feel bad for Jeremy he plays in the NBA you think they play soft? Those guys are the best in the world so I'm pretty sure he can handle talk.

Why is no one giving this "tough love" to Harden over his defence?

I'm not a fan of Lin but it's hard not to feel sorry for him when he gets blasted for god knows what whilst Harden gets away with his TOs, crappy D and selfish isolations.

I don't think people are concerned about that. Lin interacts with his teammates (obviously). What's being noticed is that players aren't owning up to their own mistakes, and Lin's getting a disproportionately large amount of blame (even though he's now 6th man, and the most consistent player on the team). He's still getting superstar scrutiny even though he isn't one, and Howard's trying to pass the buck because he can't handle his.

Wonder what Harden could've been lecturing Lin about? Starting to look like Lin has become Mario Chalmers of the Rockets.

More from the jumbotron beat: supersizing players makes for rare viewing when one is giving a stern lecture to another (Harden to Lin).
— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) November 8, 2013

Starters 3 point % thru 6 games
Harden .279
Parsons .190
Beverley .286

Bench
Lin/Casspi .438

Lin is tied for the lead in FG % .547 with Howard who dunks half the time
Lin is the 3rd highest scorer on the team behind Harden and Howard
Lin's defense has been great so far this season
I think Lin has been excellent so far this season and the stats prove it. If he steadily improves like he did last season he will be stellar
We have only lost 2 games so far there is no need to panic. Team chemistry will build over time. Twin Towers may be a bust or can only be used against certain teams.
Trading Asik would be stupid having howard or asik on the floor at all times is great defense.
Will Lin be a scapegoat...of course. If he makes even one mistake it is blown out of proportion. How can a backup PG be responsible for losing a game with his stats so far this season.

Honestly, if all his teammates and coaches (including Parsons) is giving him *****, than he probably did something to warrant it.

NO WAY he gets this much crap consistently unless he's a consistent f*** up.

Well they told him to be an offensive spark off bench, thats what he ends up doing. Hes taking less than 15 shots a game and playing well with efficiency. What do you think he's doing wrong? He does still make some boneheaded TOs, but Lin clearly was the best player tonight. If your saying what he did tonight was not in the Rockets game plan, this game might have been a lot worse.

Not true. If McHale and Sampson are constantly in Jeremy's face and singling him out with criticism, then benching him in 4th quarters, to finally sit him on the bench behind Bev. Players often follow. It's clear that the coaching staff favor Parsons and Bev over Lin, and now you don't have Parsons saying that we have a great core of young guys but rather that we have a great trio that is better than anyone. Really. He's gonna dis Lin like that if he respected him. Do you think Lin would've said something similar. Part of it's Lin's fault but I do think the coaching staff have the most to do with it.

I bet no one gives Harden **** for his godawful TOs, bricked dribble up 3s, and getting splashed in the face by 3 after 3.

I'd love to see McHale grill Harden as hard as Pop does Timmy and Tony whenever they deserve it. As far as I can tell, McHale pampers Harden way too much.

You referring to Parson's inbounding to Howard at the end of the game?

We all saw the game.

Our defense has to improve and right now Parsons Lin Asik Garcia are our best defenders.

Harden is our worst.

Nash had 17 pts in the 1st half on mainly Beverly who also went 1-10. This is unacceptable for a starting point guard vs the kobe-less lakers, and some 1 year fill-ins, before the Laker's blow up their team and blank cheque themselves a team to surround kobe & nash.
