Everyone hates T-Mac, but I never recall iso T-Mac occurring in the clutch to this level of frequency. Those Rocket teams with T-Mac/Yao had the one bread and butter play they could run with extreme dependency: the pick and roll. That's what this team needs in the halfcourt. Harden/Howard pick and roll sounds good but both are too turnover prone. Same applies for Lin/Howard PnR.

 

This game vs the Lakers sucked on so many levels.

SVG isn't going anywhere near the rockets as long as D12 is here. Not to mention Harden's ego is just way too much to handle. You can see him blatantly ignore McHale in between timeouts when they're trying to draw up plays sometimes. Pretty sad.
