Oh, so the only means to judge a PG is scoring. OK.

So 4 assists, 4 rebounds, a steal and a block are meaningless. Cool.

Outside of scoring Lin and Bev had similar numbers. Bev doesn't need to score to be effective, in fact he had more assists and fewer turnovers than Lin. But you're right, 1-10 shooting says it all.

Does anyone have footage of Harden going off on Lin for shooting after he was 5/7?

I just don't get these straw mans. Are you really reading man? People are going crazy about Lin right now (not in a good way), including his own teamates and coach.

The poor kid SMH and you're still making this about LOFs.

I hate to say it, but this team has a lot of problems. Looks really good on paper, but it isn't translating. Unless and until there is a HUGE leap in team defense, we are going nowhere fast. No way we can contend with teams like Indy playing like we have been. No hustle, no sense of urgency. And TT doesn't work. Not routinely, anyway.

And I really, really, really hate to admit that some of the things that bugged Lakers fans about Dwight are beginning to bug me too. I'll never type those words again, nor will I ever admit it beyond the borders of this forum, however.

That's right, 2013 Howard isn't getting as many shots as 2009 Howard.

1-10 are scrub numbers. Wasn't that the narrative last year?

Probably why he didn't want to give it to harden on that 2:1 break. He was thinking I lost my starting job for all this bull crap, I ain't giving it to him.

Of course, we should blame Lin. But not as much as everyone. If you think they all played the same, I guess you did not watch the game.

There are deniers here on this board that cant get it into their heads that Lin lost the game for the Rox on that 3pt play.

You can say it was meant to 1 - 5 switching or whatever excuse you wanna make up but why do you think all the players and coaching staff are attacking Lin right now... BECAUSE HE'S TO BLAME FOR THAT PLAY!

Having said that. The players and coaching staff are pretty pathetic to be openly screaming at Lin after the game like that. They should really look in the mirror because even though that play was on Lin, there are much bigger problems with the team and coaching staff. In fact, Lin has been one of the only bright spots on the team so far.

Lin was better offensively than Bev and, at the very least, equal to Bev's defensive impact in this game yet you still think Bev played a better game? Rightttt...

I've never said that. Maybe other posters did. Sure, scoring wasn't there, but that's not how I judge a PG. In fact, all damn night I've been saying Lin is good, just not right for this team.

it's their perimeter D that puts them in a hole, not the TT.
