As of now we are pretty much very angry and disappointed fans but hey, it's still just the beginning of the season. Yes it sucks to lose a game for whatever reasons but aren't we all Rockets fans? Rather than just endlessly pointing fingers, slamming the team and what not at the start after a bad game, have some faith in the team people and be optimistic. Being a fan is about supporting your team no matter what.
I agree. Even though I am upset and pissed right now, I have let it go and my attitude now is move on to the next one. We can stop and analyze and point fingers, but it won't help
I don't know why people are so shocked. We aren't a contender - we're going to lose games like this. We are a work in progress - these kinds of games just confirm that. No surprise honestly.

expectations were totally unrealistic. most objective sources are saying we are at least a year away. We have a major issue at the 4. And our team is really young. People act like you just throw people together and it's instant ring. Even Miami didn't do that. So unrealistic.
Totally agree with this Yup exactly. You don't add a piece like DH12 and expect everything to be perfect. It takes time. People need to chill. I am not even mad at this loss it was a fun game.
We just lost to a lottery team...and dont let the score fool you...we took almost 50 FTs and still managed to lose
although not a strong schedule, the rockets were 4 seconds away from being 5-1 and leading the west. people are kinda nuts my complaints are tied to dwight's whining and harden's chucking/lack of defense, win or lose. i find it troubling that these two are teh supposed leaders of the rockets dwight's complaining is always to deflect blame from himself. it's so shameful to see a grown man do that. harden just seems entitled (to 25 shots?). he was WB and KD's little B so maybe he's trying working to get over that period
They were out-shot, out-rebounded, and out-hustled. They deserved to lose. The team is 4-2 and on the upswing. Better days ahead, especially with 2 top-3 players at their respective positions in the NBA.
We've played six games. A six game sample size means nothing. People need to take the emotion out of it and realize that we're going to be fine.

Not to harp on anything I said, but I couldn't believe the amount of hate I got saying that Houston had to strive to be a top 4 team in the West. It takes a ton of time to gel, and while he have made strides, we are still a ways away from a polished product that is consistent on the floor. We have to expect some losses like this at least early on.
This. Who wins a championship in their first year together? In today's game this doesn't happen. The Heat couldn't do it and we are far less ready than they were. Its still early and we are in a good position but with major flaws which will hopefully be worked out come playoff time. Now, if we don't make the playoffs. That is cause for concern
