Look at Lin's stats for the 6 games he is the best player. Harden only scores more at a far worse shooting % like Melo 9-24 com' on MAN

 

Just LOL. If 1-9 for 3 points with absolutely zero impact on the game is your starting PG? Such high standards you have.

Even Lin's worst game wouldn't touch the turd Bev laid tonight.

 

Dwight has a really poor attitude and it's rubbing off on the team. Also I saw Lin fall multiple times this game with Harden next to him and he never once put out a hand to help him up even on his hard fall. The team chemistry has overall looked terrible since the regular season started.

Bingo. Lin actually played a very good game: 5/8 shooting and a +4 rating (which was better than everyone except Casspi). And he still gets blamed instead of, say, the so-called superstar who missed 7 FTs in a row when his team desperately needed him to make just a couple of those.

 

he didn't take anything. they're both starters. McHale is using lin off the bench.

It cracks me up that in a team with two supposedly superstars, some people are blaming a bench player for the loss? That is a joke. Definitely, Lin's style of playing team basketball doesn't fit the Rockets' offense centered around Harden. The reason LeBron is so great is because he takes at least two defenders with him and creates good shots for his teammates. Rockets need at least two years to gel to challenge for the Championship, so they should really use Asik and Lin and get a PF; but I would be willing to bet a lot of money that Rockets are not going to win Championship in two years. The best they can do is perhaps make it to Western Conf Finals.

 

One thing we agree on today. As I said from very beginning, Twin Tower does not work... Dmo/Tjones are better fit with Howard. Asik/Parsons/Lin would make deadly second unit. PBev/Casspi, Lin, Harden, Howard, and Parsons/Garcia to close out the games.

 

Why are we not blaming this loss on the fact that we got down 20 in the first place?

You can't come out and play D for half the game and expect to win.

 

No way to get 1 and 3. You know when the TT starts, right?

 

…it's a sad day when you are out coached by Pringles.

There is plenty of blame to go around. This was probably the worst game I have ever seen Beverly play... Just horrible. Lin screwed up the last play. Harden left Blake open over and over in the second quarter. Parsons has just been mediocre this year. Dwight lacks any ability to hit big free throws.

The Rockets were terrible, and almost won... One game, no worries.

It was not great. did you forget about that long losing streak? It was PP stood up to have a players' meeting and right the ship. And we all know at the end PP was traded.
