You don't go into the scrum, you trail the guy, stay high side, to stick with him, you don't go into the mix....no reason to do that.

Anyway, it was a total fail...Lin going under, Bev or Howard not switching....just horrible....

Parsons passes to Howard - idiot ball

Harden deciding to take the last shot over and over again, and ignoring open teamates.

BUT - worst....McHale continuing to run out there that SAD AS DIRT starting lineup.

You know why we were crushing Indiana in the preseason? Because DMO fits in with Howard....he can pass the ball and is a good rebounder.....he is a contrast to Howard, and it works.

Asik - is a lessor version of Howard in every way.....

Many reasons why we lost the game tonight. It's the little things, the details, unfortunately for us, the team messed up a of little things. For exemple, we missed 19 freaking free throws. 19!! Starting with the TT is obviously not working, we got outscored by double digits points with them on the floor. Beverley's atrocious night on both end of the floor, on the Lakers last play and on our last play too. Parsons stupid inbound pass to Dwight at the end of the game. That rebound that went into our basket when Dwight tipped it in. Etc etc

All those little things cust us the game.

The whole team made big mistakes and played like crap. Party is over for the hyped up team. Finger-pointing is a stage with new teams. Chemistry needs to be established.

not even upset, its 1 game in the early season and this team isnt close to a finished product. they think theyre going to bully teams this should be a humbling loss. poor execution, isolating harden for 24 seconds isnt the way to close out games.

Lin has to fight through that too weak to do it but I blame Mchale for having him in the game.

Unless you are blind, can't you see he was grabbed or bear hugged by Nash illegally and the refs didn't call it. Bev should have switched, but he was guarding Gasol, SMH.

Not in the 4th. He was all over Nash and Blake when they were handling the ball. The Lakers had trouble getting anything going in the last quarter. They basically won the game thanks to those threes by Meeks and Blake and Hack-a-Howard working to perfection.

While Lin shouldn't be blamed for the loss, he is far from the person who kept us in the game. Lin is as bland as vanilla lately. He shows up enough to be good, but there's a laundry list of point guards I would take in front him and Beverly is easily on that list. Lin and Asik are expendable now. The twin towers in this current version will not work. The Asian sensation is not the right fit. This team should use these assets and get a lock down defender and maybe a decent 4.

Actually blame this loss on the 1st half play. Everyone looked asleep. Same thing the past 3 games. Not enough fire out there. We wouldn't have had to come back from so many points.

Either Beverley or Lin should have been between the inbounder and their man. The other guy between the basket and their man. That way neither get pinned by a 2 man wall of Nash and Gasol. Dwight will protect against lob passes.

Also, does anyone else feel that the the team has split into two cliques?

Everyone was buddy-buddy last season, and now it is "it's my team" and stuff.
