Heh...true. Are we the only team in Texas that can beat that pack of imbeciles?? We really should be in the playoffs this year.

Hey, Moochie's in, and the offense is totally stagnated. Go figure, huh?

It was freakin hilarious. 2 exact alleyoops in a row. Their coach was pissed.

And it was amazing that they were winning by 10 at one point.

And Yao Ming having another big huge game. He's good...looks very tired.

Another funny thing was Francis driving with like 25 seconds left in 3rd and trying to lay it up but this loser blocks it and starts yelling. Then Francis just goes right at him and reverse layup AND ONE. Haha...nice one.

And Donnell Harvey blocks Mobley and points at it...but then can't even make a layup.

And then...Cato just blocks Howard or somebody. And Cato doesn't react. Lovely.

I love basketball.

Fortunately, Larry is saving Nachbar for the LA Summer Pro league season which is rapidly approaching. A shrewd move, no matter how you look at it, as it has the added bonus of giving Glen RIce a few much needed reps before he gears up for a big offseason full of fatness and slowness.

 

Moochie's spectacularly high basketball craptitude seems to have permeated the team. But then, a 3 by Rice and another block by Yao!

 

Nuggets big men have combined for 8-35! Yao with 5 blocks, I guess he was saving the best for last.

Sigh...another Rockets season has come and gone, and overall I have to say, contrary to popular belief, that the season hasn't been a complete waste of time, and big reforms in the offseason are exactly what we DON'T need. This was our year to start and get accustomed to our big man, and let the team begin to jell. Now, as for next year, there is NO conceivable reason why we shouldn't be up around the 6th or 7th seed come April 16.

MARK MY WORDS. I GUARANTEE PLAYOFFS NEXT YEAR.

Well...it's been fun this year, and I shall return in October...

 

Thank you Rockets for an awesome season. It is always so much fun. Can't wait until next year. It is gonna be a long summer! See ya next year. Keep the team together!

 

Yao's fitness level is probably only 70%. Think what he can do if he can have a rest during the summer and reach 100% fitness level.

DAMN IT! We are out of playoffs just by one freaking game! Anyone remembers the game against Cleveland, Memphis, Bulls, Knicks, Suns etc with 3 point or less?

 

We won our last two.

And the Suns are getting popped by Seattle.

I blame San Antonio for us not making the playoffs.

Son of a b!tch. Two of three years now, we've missed the playoffs by one friggin game. DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT.

And can someone tell me why Francis can't score anymore? And how Yao now has finished the season below .500? (the first time he's been below .500 FG% since the Lakers game I believe).

 

We shall take our rightful place in the playoffs next season and knock out one of the Texas teams from the playoffs. It's been great, but unfortunately, our cruel fate was decided. Thank you, Rockets, for everything.

It 's worst not seeing Nachbar or Maddox get playing time even the last countless game.
How **** the coach and staff.?
That 's what they want winning 15 more games than last season.
Just stupid eyes would count on this. It 's over since we 're not in the playoff.

Just another reason to hate the SPURS. Oh well. All things happen for a reason. There are 3 key things to do in the offseason that will completely insure us of the playoffs next year (maybe even a high seed):

• Sign/trade for a couple shooters
• Go to training camp with the intent of running the offense through Yao Ming
• Have Eddie Griffin work in the post

Bring a bunch of 3-point shooters off the bench, (especially 2s and 3s) and have Yao in the paint while they're on the floor.
