Why dont the rockets have home games starting at 8? On the schedule i see a majority of home games starting at 7. And the stands are half empty at the start of games, why dont the rockets push back starting time to 8 for people who are coming from work/school?
When games used to start at 7:30pm, people wouldn't show up until 8pm. Somehow, they determined that moving the games to 7pm would increase attendance at tip-off... Definitely didn't understand that change.
if games started at 8, games would end at 10:30 -11 and those people with work or school would not be home til very late. It would discourage me from taking my kid to a weekday game (though i still would).
Basically this.. There's no winning with this. They moved the time up in hopes to get more people out of there before it gets too late.
