Van Gundy with assiant coach like Johnson from Mavericks who might retire from dallas. Larry Smith should leave. Hakkeem could be a mentor for Yao, i dont see why rockets dont hire him as a coach. Clyde go coach the Guards and Forwardsw/ Avery. Patience is a Virtue and i think next season the wait will be overwith, Rockets are going to be 6 or 5 th sead playoff team. Cuttino Mobley needs to come off the bench for Steve. Two points guards are needed this season. One who can Pass and lead are team with good shots. Cuttino Mobley/Glen Rice/Kelvin Cato Derek Anderson/Damon Stoudemire/Jeff McInnis. Or sign Kenny Anderson or Darrell Armstrong or Antonio Daniels. Small Forward...Bostjan Nachbar or Glen Rice. We need a shooter. No use having two guards running around and passing and passing if nobody can shoot. Hopefully Posey can improve his shooting and accept a small offer...and hopefully Griffin becomes a star. Yao...16/9/2/2 next season.
