7 hours. That's what I need. Any less, I'm cranky. I sleep from 10:30-5:30, then workout from 6-7am, then am in the office by 8.
Usually 6-7 hours each night. Can't really sleep in too much on weekends. I have a hard time getting my sleep schedule back on track if I sleep in past 8 on weekends. I'm a blast to hang out with, trust me.
I'm in the same boat as you, except on Saturdays I splurge and and get between 6-7 hours. I've been doing this for the last 25yrs, so your body does get used to it, at least that's what I keep repeating to myself! I'm usually the last one standing, and the first one up in my household, I'm not sure if I'm in a protective mode or I'm suffering from some sort of psychosis, regardless like Popeye said "I am what I am"... ....... ....... .......
Only got 4 hours because of the storms moving through Austin last night. We received like 10 inches and had 4 hours of flash flooding. Several school districts canceled school today and several others had late arrival. I actually get about 8 hours a night. Sometimes 9-10 hours on the weekend.
No but the older you get that more calcified your pineal gland gets calcified causing you to sleep less.
take tylenol PM (or actually you can buy it without the tylenol, just the sleep agent) you'll sleep well and it's not addicting
Or try Unisom. I have sleeping pills if needed but I stay a sleep using Unisom when needed and wake up with zero sleep hangover feeling.
Is the stuff in Tylenol PM the same as like... Benadryl? Or what ingredient does it use? I see they've got a lot of natural supplements on the shelves lately, they work relatively well?
My sleep time is 5 hours/night - I mastered the art of running through REM cycles early in life. A 20 minute nap I take is equivalent to 2 hours in the evenings. I try to catch up on Thursdays or Saturdays, but really there's so much love making going on throughout the nights, and always the mornings, that sleep is really just a state of mind. Most people are shocked I sleep less than 8 hours and think I drink some kind of special coffee. All genetics and endorphin release, bruv.
