It was mathematically impossible for Bush to win the 2004 election, but he stole it again

Obama lovers shouldn't complain. If Bush hadn't won in '04, Dems wouldn't have kicked the GOP in the rump in '06 & '08 and Obama wouldn't have been nominated.

Bush winning was just a complete outrage! And I mean, these sports book keepers know their *****! You know, science and all. So certainly he should have won if the votes had been fairly counted. The fact that the opposite of this scientific research from the bookies occured is a crime upon this nation. I mean these guys probably have a PHD in creating odds or something.

Now, many members of this forum has a high school diploma, or a GED equivalent. So therefore we should be qualified for some reason that makes sense for me to bring this up. We all know that margin of error in projections is irrelevant and that these people could never be wrong.

We can't let this BBS silence go on any longer. We can still bring justice to this issue even though we are 2 presidential terms later and nothing could possible change as a result of any actions taken since this happened almost 10 years ago. I'll even throw in an irrelevant analogy to Watergate just to prove my point too.

Nah, I don't buy this, and Bush was easily in the top 3 of the worst, incompetent presidents in the history of mankind.

However, he did "steal" the election from Gore, and that much is obvious.

It boggles the mind to know that we would be in an incredibly different position if Gore would have won in court. The repubs, Dick, and his whipping boy wouldn't have been able to start a meaningless war, for an invisible threat and treat our troops like nothing more than a potential casualty number. Our economy would still have significant issues, but we would have had a chance to persevere. Instead, we're cleaning up a mess that could have been avoided if voting corruption in Jeb's state could have been stopped. But no, it was easy to target Dade County where Latinos and African Americans make up almost 3/4 of the population, yet somehow, their votes were not counted. Oh wait, let's not forget about the thousands upon thousands of minorities that were not permitted to vote for made up, "republican ineterest-based" reasons that were illegal and violated their Constitutional rights.

I gotta give George, his brother, Karl and the political bedlam that describes Fox News and its misinformed viewers for destroying faith in voting and the will of the people.

Karma is a beautiful thing though. Whenever someone shamefully admits to voting for Bush once, or even twice, I am reminded that a mind is a terrible thing to waste.

In hindsight, the Bush administration, in just 4 years, negatively impacted America forever.

...and yet his approval rating was higher than Obama's right now, at the same point in his presidency!

That's debatable and depends on the poll. But if you're honest, you would agree that an approval rating is a quick snapshot that doesn't do justice to the irreparable damage that Bush and his equally incompetent homies caused.

Cheating his way through the first election was America's (undesired) ticket to a generation of attempting to fix the inexcusable cowardice of a war-hungry administration. They weren't moderate enough to use diplomacy before using missiles.

Obama's been worse. More debt and now another entitlement albatross that will kick the country in the nuts for generations to come.
