HOLY COW!!! I was listening to the game on the radio, and after Bagwell's HR got caught, I figured that the game was over, thinking "well, I know what's gonna happen, it's gonna get all dramatic, then we'll lose and I'll be disappointed.

BOY WAS I WRONG!!! It's still early, but Jeff Kent is quickly pushing to be one of the very FA signing this city has ever had in any sport.

Jeff Kent refuses to fall into the Houston mentality of "it's over before it's over"

    THANK YOU KENT! :D

Who robbed Bagwell of a Homerun? I didn't see the game.

It was a routine catch at the wall in right field, but had it NOT been caught it would have at least hit the yellow line.

Smeg -- had you ever been to a baseball game before? If not, this was a great one to go to.

Redding is pitching a hell of a game. Hopefully, our offense can step to the plate and get him a victory.

That was a rough game. I made it out for my first of the season and we get blanked for the first time...
The great part was the free tickets we got though because some guy had overbought for his group and was passing out $30 seats.

Man, Astros just lost. 11-8 on Sunday. 6 run 7th inning for the Cards. Astros have this one stolen from them.

2 run homer by Bagwell in bottom of the ninth...shows chances of a comeback, but stros come up short, ends with a Berkman Flyout.

    11-8 Cards....BOOOOO.

Maybe because Bonds is probably one of the top 3 greatest players of all time?

People forget that, before these last 3 seasons past, Bonds was pretty damn good at just about all aspects of the game. His sudden power surge the last few years just kind of gets people to forget.

How does Lugo still have a starting job? I think the Astros are the only team in the MLB he could start for.

When was the last time the Astros had a pitcher that wasn't scared?

    Mike Scott?

    JR Richards?

    Nolen Ryan?

    WE need pitchers with backbone.

Hell YES. Anyone who thinks that Oswalt ever pitches scared or doesn't have a backbone is nuts. This guy was staring superstars down as a rookie and pitching with complete confidence. It's one of the many things that everyone raves about when discussing him.
