Mobley is third in minutes per game, so there are no signs of him becoming a back up, especially since he has stepped up defensively.

Steve has too much scoring potential to not be a shooting guard.

    objective:

    1. Make Steve the starting shooting guard.
    2. Keep Cuttino happy and playing on the team because he is a steal at what we pay him.
    3. Aquire a serious passer that will help run the offense through Yao.

    My idea:

Bring in a pg that guards sg's very well and has a nack for passing. This person has to be willing to be a 6th man boost. He will take a lot of Cuttino's time while still having Cuttino start and he will take a little bit of Steve's time. Steve will start the game at point guard for the first quarter only to provide an offensive threat to make defenses honest while he focuses on heat each of his teamates up.

    Starting the game:

    PG: Steve
    SG: Cuttino
    SF: Possey (hopefully)
    PF: Eddie
    C: Yao

Once players get warmed up and going - nearing the end of the first quarter, start you gameplan rotation:

    PG: Super 6th man passer/Steve/Tito
    SG: Steve/Cuttino/Hawkins
    SF: Possey/Rice/Cuttino/Morris
    PF: Mo/Eddie
    C: Yao/Cato

Moochie, Nachbar, and Collier or traded for the super 6th man

reason for this: Collier=cancer to team and adds absolutely nothing to this team. Moochie=I love the guy but again, we are building off of two or three players and after that, we need to fill the roster with guys who fit that gameplan perfectly, not just change the gameplan to accomodate an incapable players. The worst part about this is seeing nachbar go because he really does have potential.

I'm only interested in ideas on how to make this work out and who would fit well in this gameplan and who is aquireable?

    thanks

    (sorry about the spelling)

the best part about this is that both Steve and Cuttino will become extremely more efficient because they will get more short breaks and will have to rest and annalyze the game.... gatorade, is it in you?
