I'm with you on this one Will. This team in no way orm or fashion should have missed the playoffs. Vet team or not, this team and coaching staff did not play to its stregnth. I've watched many games on league pass includidng the one when Seattle came back against Minny. Minny is one of the lowest to teams in the league, but when Seattle got down, they pressed and trapped in the backcourt and made Minny turn the ball over. In return , Seattle got layups and open shots and Minny's offense was in perils. How many times did we press when our team came out stagnant. We're suppose to have all thses atheletic players, but yet we never challenged teams defensively , nor disrupted their flow. We had 2 pretty good shotblockers and one on the basket, yet , we let team bring the ball up the court unmolested nd start their offense clean while we start ours at the 15 or 16 sec mark. This team needs to be shook up by any means because not making the playoffs this yr with the yr Ming had just shows that the coaching staff and player combinations doesn't work.

    Batman,

I don't know. I guess I hadn't really thought of that. That's the problem nobody knows what to do with this team. My posts are right now are driven by frustration. I just think that the cat isn't the answer the starting 2 position. He just kills me with the dribbling.

Absolutely, everyone except YM (and SF, imo) should be shopped. You get a better offer, you take it. And you're right, we shouldn't have missed the playoffs. My whole point is that we plunged head-long from only hoping that Yao wouldn't be a bust at first to expecting too much, imo, from him and this team. Had Yao played college ball here, I'd be more up in arms. BUT, given this absolutely unique, never-seen-anything-like-it-before coming to America as an NBA player thing that is Yao Ming, I'll willingly give them (them, as in the whole team) another year. I'd shop everyone except SF and YM, but if I came back next season with the same team, I wouldn't consider it a failure to give this team one more year.

lol...I agree with Lynus and Will and leebigez.

I just want to say that Mobley has one nice house.

    And...hopefully there are some changes.
