Well I said it before, DH and Asik CAN play together. A lot of people talk about offense like it's the only thing that matters, this game a lot of players shot badly but we still won as we outrebounded the Dallas team 42 to 54. Not to mention the interior D forced everyone else to rely on their Js...Marion shot 3 of 11 and Ellis shot 3 of 13.

IMHO Lin isn't doing enough to stay on the team. He's a decent starter, but that's the problem, he's only playing up to his contract value and that's bad because Bev's putting up similar numbers at 1/10 the cost. Considering we also have Brooks and Canaan working for peanuts, the Rox's best course of action might be to cut ties with him and put the money elsewhere.

Agreed. Lin's D improved as the game went on, but his D was bad for the two quarters. He missed at least 3 or 4 lay-ups which he normally and should make. He does complement 2nd Unit pretty well.

asik and lin shud come off the bench they are both good players but the lin-harden-parsons-asik- howard line up doesnt seem to work very well js asik will get more touches coming off the bench and lin will be able to get the ball in his hand more, our opponents will get ra ped by both first and second unit lol

We are stacked though, that's for sure. Harden had a poor game with way too many forced plays, turnovers, and isos. I'm definitely in love with Parsons game today filling the lanes, making plays, playing off the ball at a very very high level. Bev looked good with the energy he always seems to bring. Lin looking fast as hell and knowing how to use big men although his pnr defense definitely needs some work, Howard and Omer didn't really make a case for playing together, but once again are we stacked or what?!!

Pretty embarrassing. Must be taking all the frustration of the Texans sucking *** out on this team.

This PG controversy every damn year causes such a toxic atmosphere on this site. Seems like everyone has an agenda.

No, I don't yell at the usual shots I expect players to take, only the dumb ones they decide to take. Like I've said, Lin had a bad shooting night, that's expected and even okay in my book. But he has to make better decisions when he's running the offense.

Lin and Beverly is a very good backcourt combination is what I saw 2nite. Lin wasn't having his best night though. His D in the first half was bad and his shooting was off though he did sort of redeemed himself with plays like the steal + behind the back pass to Dmo. Beverly was solid overall though, I think he's really enjoying the rep he's gaining as a on-ball defender. I expect Lin to get more comfortable and confident with less attention on him. I'm expecting better and greater things from these two.

Asik still have butter fingers when the ball is dished to him, I hope he improves though.

Does anyone know if Parsons' face is okay? Chipped tooth, mouth cut, what happened?

It wasn't a bad decision, he leaned into the defender and tried to draw a foul, it didn't work out... same thing happened to Harden a bunch of times.

There were so many bad decisions plays tonight by some of the starters. Stop pointing only to Jlin.

Bev played solid good defense hit his 3s, Lin had a ruff start couldn't finish layups where he got to the rim with ease, still Lin got the team going in 3rd had 3 steals, 8 assist could have easily been 11 but asik still needs to work on fishing.

parsons goes 2/8 7points (our 3rd scoring option) and CF doesn't have anything to say but debate on Lin and bev when they both helped the team in different ways come out with the W

Lin's contract is why people will debate to the death of this franchise. If Lin's contract was peanuts, I highly doubt people would b**** and complain this much about an exhibition game, lol. It's all about money folks, all about money.
