This team is done...Indy is well on its way to winning this game...and looks like the season is done... Losing Cushing twice to dirty plays is sickening...(And that UT scumbag, tried taking out JJWatt going for a rib shot) What a game to lose Arian and Cushing...and the team still was competive till the end. The OLine completely let Case down. For the 5 minutes i was able to see at the end of the game, the 2 sack fumbles were a total $hit show by the OLine.

Is this a serious post? Are you really comparing case's FIRST EVER START to atypical schaub start??? If you watched this game and didn't come away impressed w keenum it's only bc you're an idiot.
Without any playoffs success, to me the only way he makes the hof is if he stays with the texans. He'll surely hold every texans recieving record as well as a few nfl records. The guy has been a professional and one of the best wr in the game for 10 yrs. I say if he gets to 1000 catches and atlesst 140000 yards with already over 50 tds I don't see how he doesn't get into the hof and have his number retired as the first texan in nfl history. He's not the best wr of all time but I think you can really make a case that he's one of the top 5 wrs of all time. IMO he's surely a top 10.

^^^^ so if we have such a talented team, and Gary Kubiak IS making them play as HARD as they POSSIBLY can then that means it is a coaching issue. The coach is calling the wrong plays and has the wrong system
Take it easy on that quote because it doesn't tell the whole story. I agree that Kubiak is keeping the players playing hard but his scheming has been below par. That will be what judges him at the end of the year, not how hard players play for him.
Well he's right about Kubiak in that sense. The players have never quit on Kubiak. They love him and respect him and they play hard for him. That doesn't mean he should keep his job, but it is a testament to his coaching character and he's to be commended for that.
The one thing I will hold against Kubiak, and maybe it was Keenum making the decision, would be how often Garret Graham was thrown to. After the last two games, I see now that despite the draft scouting report, Graham is no Owen Daniels and the emphasis on the TE in this offense needs to reduced unless Griffin or Bryne are secretly diamonds waiting for polish.
The bottom line is if/when the Texans are finally eliminated from playoffs contention, this team was a total failure no matter how hard the players play for the coach. I don't think McNair is a good owner but he didn't make it as a billionaire by being stupid. If Kubiak isn't fired after this failure of a season, then McNair is plain stupid and deserves no one in the stands. It comes a time and point where it has to be realized that Kubiak has not been good enough as a coach to get this organization over the hump.
many executives believe in showing extreme loyalty to subordinates publicly, expressing total faith in them up until the moment they are removed what matters is what action McNair takes, not what he says (although the "proud of these guys", "they played their hearts out" schtick comes off as oblivious rather than resolute)
And where was McNair after the team bent over the last couple of weeks. Now all of a sudden he's coming out after a one point loss singing praises of the coaching staff.
It is unfortunate that Bob Mcnair is not truly driven to win, the old man is really just happy to be here.
You are an idiot. Those legit plays, **** happens. It's football I'll eat crow on case, he played great and should continue to start. Kubiag and especially the special teams coach needs to go. Too much talent on this team to be playing like this
Happy to be here and golly gee we're tryin' hard out there! We ain't winnin' but those kids are battlefightin'! Losers.
