I do not care. Just quit bringing your boring threads to the section " Houston Rockets: Game Action & Roster Moves". Real Rockets fans are least interested. We are busy talking about what it takes to win the championship and not whether a 3rd string QB did well or not
You do know which stance I was on all week, don't you? If not, go back to the beginning of the thread where I was bashing the defense as being below-average to average (while others were defending them). I said they didn't "lose" us the game... their second-half turnovers were actually quite impressive. However, you just saw how good a defense should be if you want them to "win" you games.
exactly. I had a feeling that would come back and haunt us and it did. Kubes let him march down the field maybe we get a FG and that changes the outcome of the game. Another questionable game coached by Kubes. What else is new
He has to be able to read the overloaded Blitz and compensate by audibling or rolling away from pressure. He will get there, frustrating loss, but I feel this season is far from over now. DD
My question to the people bashing Case..!!! so would you rather have Schaub or would you even think this game would have been competitive with Schaub starting...?
The Texans had a slot of problems today, but Keenum wasn't one of them. And it's pretty obvious that the team has given up on Kubiak. He's a fired coach walking and everyone knows it.
Most of the game all I could think of is that Andy Reid looks like a fat Heisenberg. The rest of the game I could only think of remembering to post that on CF when I get home.
All things considered, Case played remarkably well. It was so refreshing to see him extending plays instead of curling up in the fetal position at the first sign of pressure. Once we lost the running game, it was all over anyway. Cushing looks like he's gone again for the season.
Conservative play calling and poor clock management to close out the 1st half came back to bite the team as well. If they get field goal there, Texans end up winning. This team is poorly ran and it shows. Keenum needed to be in there two weeks ago but Schaub had to be injured and Yates sucking balls to give the kid a shot. Kubiak probably will throw noodle arm back out there in two weeks.
Based on keenum's play today there is no reason he should not have started at home against the rams. Kubes made the switch too late. Today should have been his second start.
Go to "Houston Rockets: Game Action & Roster Moves" page and you will find out. In fact here it is: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/forumdisplay.php?f=9 The first thread in this Rox exclusive section is about this game. You are free to talk about a non-athletic sport like NFL or an over-rated team like the Texans but just stay away from polluting the Rockets exclusive section.
Bad coaching. Bad O Line play. A few defensive lulls. Case was not the issue, and proved he deserves more chances.
