c'mon man 2013 join date starting this thread? The jeremy lin thread was started by 2009 join date. Man don't make it so obvious you are a true LOF.

Lin fans aren't the only ones who do this. Fans of Harden, Bev and Howard also constantly call people haters if anyone says anything negative of them. Stop making it out that Lin fans are the only ones to do is. Maybe those Lin fans who put down Bev is just trolling those that keep trolling them by putting down Lin. It goes both ways and gets really annoying when people keep doing this back and forth and calling people LOF, LOH, HOH, HOF, etc.

    Haha, I love Beverly.

If Beverly was Asian, perhaps less so lol, but I would still love him.

He is on par with CP3 in a few years.

Bev would fit perfectly beside players like Melo or Durant too I think. Defense first coaches like Thib would love having Bev too.

Agreed, Bev is a tremendous/amazing player, but just not the best fit for this current roster given what we need at PF. He could easily help a team like the Thunder or Bulls win a championship.

But I would suggest people go to this thread to see the true statistics and facts about PG production:

Unfortunately for you, McHale and the front office seem to think he's a good fit.

    Chin up.

Excellent point about the value of cheap, good players. However, DM won't go more than 8 months without making a significant trade.

Thibs would start Bev over Rose? You cannot actually believe this? Or are u saying Bev would start over Heinrich at off guard? If so that does not support assertion that Bev is a starting point in this league especially when everyone is saying he is most effective playing alongside players who would relieve him of the playmaking responsibilities.

But who is too say that Bev cannot become an effective playmaker with time. The guy is still very young and inexperienced but with tremendous upside.

Didn't want to talk too much about the Bulls since this is a Rockets board, but just to reply.

I was only saying Thib would love having Bev in his team, nothing more, nothing less. I didn't say which role, starter or bench. Its Bev's qualities Thib would love. Thib loves players that play defense first, hustles, steals, willing passer, and grab boards. Bulls play very physical games, and Bev is someone that is not afraid of some scraps. Bev is actually a defensive specialists that can also score well, unlike many of the Bulls players last year. I am sure a defense genius coach like Thib can find some way to fit a special defensive specialist like Bev... Kirk is actually a SG, but played point when Rose was out. Kirk is also old and often injured. Also Teague has been in Thib's dog house for a while too.

Bev is like a Shawn Marion in a PGs body

guy is unorthodox, can scrap and grab boards, get loose balls, play defense, get steals, draw charges, block shots and is our enforcer on the team so he is just too valuable. there are not many players like him

i think several teams would need a guy like him. he would be a great on the thunder as they need some toughness or even the knicks

you have to not think of Patrick as a PG but a mini power forward who can play PG as his strengthes are not traditional PG like skills

How is Beverly anything like Canaan? Canaan is an elite shooter and Beverly is an elite defender and rebounder. Second, why would you want to trade a player that makes no money who is basically your defensive sparkplug? That makes no sense. Our best trade asset is Asik, by far.
