    Thats about 30 million sitting on the bench with very little production.

    How about the draft picks?

    Nachbar, what the hell is up with this guy...I was hoping he'd step up but hes backing up people like EG and MoT. If hes that good, he should atleast see some minutes.

    Bryce Drew - 15th pick, what is CD thining?
    Dan Langhi, Collier, Pippen, the release of Hakeem

    Pippen plays 50 games and gets traded for Cato + garbage to Portland. You can argue that he wanted to be traded but I think the management has something to do with his decision.

    We need a team to complement each other not a team full of ISO AND1 ballers.

    I think we need to revamp the entire team. Get new coaches, new management and alot of waiving and alot of trading.

    hell yes, we need a good owner, one that spends money on the team and constantly improves , damn i wish we had marc cuban

    You don't know what you're talking. Les is our owner. Dawson's not the owner. He's the GM.

    And our owner, Les did spend the money. See above, we spent 30m on our bench! And now we couldn't spend more than that because of the salary cap.

    So our problem is not spending the money. It's spending the money on the wrong guys which limited the team. I don't think our owner's not at fault since I don't think he's the one evaluting the talent. But the GM's probably at fault.

    What I want to say is that even getting Mark Cuban as our owner wouldn't help us much because ownership is clearly not our problem.

    Smart one acejeff.

    Yes. General manager has done fabulous job of screwing our team. It is his master plan. He trades our whole team for Steve Francis. Discovers a special Cuttino Mobley. Then screws the team and gets crappy players to make the Rockets crappy. And then we get Yao Ming. Pure genius!

    I think...that we have no decision...not popular sovereignty. But I would like him to go. Get a GM like the Pistons' one would be nice. ;)

    Actually, Cuttino was a 2nd round draft pick, Dickerson, Bryce Drew and some others for Francis and Ming was good. So I guess hes not as bad as I made him out to be. But the contracts will screw the Rockets over for the next year or so.

    Doesn't he own the best looking early in the season team everyone expects to be out of the paly-offs in the 1st round? Flashy. Fun. Shallow. The Mavs du Cu-ban.

    are you kidding me? you are complaining about the FRANCIS trade?? where would we be without that trade, man? dickerson, antoine carr, drew, othella harrington and some more trash? we gave up an oft-injured dickerson and garbage for an all star point guard, and you are COMPLAINING?

    mobley was a steal as a second round pick. and i dont know that 'and then we get yao ming. pure genious!' comment is from.


    keepjauqin, how long, exactly, have you been a rockets fan? we've made some bad moves, but everyone has. every team in the nba has one overpaid player. we just happen to have made a few bad decisions. when we dont make the playoffs, firing everybody is definatley the solution. :rolleyes:
