Dammit, where is an example for a max player who was used for the 6th man in NBA?

I honestly can't believe anyone would really think Harden should be the 6th man.

He is the number 1 option. I mean honestly guys he is one of the top 5 players in the NBA.

Why would any teams put their best player on the bench when game starts?

Amare wasn't coming off the bench the 1st year of his max deal, only after he had completely broken down. At this point he would be lucky to get a quarter of his current deal if he were a free agent.

Obviously the OPs just kidding. Love all the butthurt LOHs in here who can't take a clever topic. Now someone make a Howard should be 6th man topic and we will all have a good laugh.

Yeah, only Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein or Nubmonger could have thought of such a clever topic. If it's a thread that's not sincere, it's called "trolling."

But he dominates the ball, takes the touches away from Howard. Let Howard be the dominating offensive force with the 1st unit. Harden can come in with the 2nd unit when Howard takes a seat, that way, he can dominate the ball, and keep the offense going!

It's not what's better for Harden, it's what's better for the team.

Anthony is the max player for the Knicks, Stoudemire is not. The Suns refused to give him a max, and he got a contract of less max from the Knicks. Also he was, and is still injured, Harden is not injured.
