He's never been active for an NFL game. Ever. Let's slow down before claiming that he would never get rattled at this level. Plenty of college QB's who played against better competition also had drive and never looked rattled ended up looking overmatched in the NFL. A lot of those guys were drafted as well.
What's the deal with that? Are the Texans the only team in the league who doesn't allow their QB to change the play at the line of scrimmage? I see rookie QBs doing that on other teams. I'm sure Schaub could figure it out.
That undefeated Chiefs team everyone is raving about, their QB has the same audible limitations... I don't support the scheme or the shackles Kubiak puts on his QB, I'm just saying...
