I like J-Lo. I've only seen her in a couple movies, (Enough + The Wedding Planner), but she's much prettier and less annoying than some of her contemporaries (Sandra Bullock, Demi Moore). I'm pretty much ambivalent, but I think she's attractive. I think there are far more worthy individuals of the hype she has garnered, but credit should be given to her (and her people) for good self promotion.

Maybe, you are onto something fba. However, this thread was started because the poster truth was going on and on last night in chat about J-Ho. He even went as so far as saying that any guy who didn't think she was "all that" was *gay*. I told him that I guaranteed that the BBS didn't share his feelings about her and that I would prove it to him with a poll. It is no accident that there are only 2 options...I made it cut and dry - either you think she is great or you don't. So, with a 34-9 lead, I think it is safe to say that the rest of the BBS doesn't agree with truth's sentiments.
I don't care if she is hot and has a smidgeon of talent, she is a piece of crap that needs to stay off my T.V., movie screen, etc. My problem with b****es that are really hot is that once they start to believe it, that immediately makes them that much less attractive. She totally thinks she is hot sh*t, and that makes me completely disinterested in her. It reminds me of how when the Fugees came out, I thought they were pretty talented. However, when they acted like they believed they were the second coming of Bob Marley, it was laughable. That's why Olajuwon was so bad-ass, he was an amazing b-ball player but never bragged like he was the bomb or anything. A class act, worthy of admiration.
