I know these guys make around 500k each. Their contracts are probably up soon. The Astro's would be crazy not to re-sign these two aces. I just hope Drayton will break out the checkbook. I hope a team like the Yankee's won't steal either of them. We need to keep these guys!

I'm not sure when their contracts end, but you know Houston rarely spends the dollars to keep stars here...

I hope I'm wrong, but O & Miller should be Astros for life...

On 2.27.03 the Astros agreed to 1 year deals with Oswalt and Miller, so they will be Astros until at least the end of the 2004 season. I'm sure if they both do just as well as last season that the Astros will be eager to offer both up them pay nice raises and long term deals.

We need to keep both of them. Plain and simple.

Bagwell, Biggio, Hidalgo, Berkman and Wagner all got lucrative contracts. The Astros will spend the money.

I don't think there's anyway we let Oswalt and Miller go. They're both young and capeable of producing Cy-Young stats and are our only hope at sp.

Oh God, why did somebody have to mention the Yankees, now I can't get the image of Oswalt in Yankee pinstripes out of my head.
