So many. That "Roar" Song by Katy Perry is pretty awful. Pretty much anything by Bruno Mars, Pitbull, Jason Derulo, The Black Eyed Peas, or Ke$ha
Plainly the worst song in history. Worse than Don Henley's Dirty Laundry. Worse than Supertramp's The Logical Song. Hell, it's even worse than Margaritaville. In fact, it's FAR worse than Margaritaville. If you write a song that is far worse than Margaritaville then you well and truly suck. That What do foxes say song is freaking Tomorrow Never Knows compared with Hotel California.
Co-sign the Hotel California mention and Blurred Lines, these songs get played to death. Also: Get Lucky by Daft Punk and "Wonderful Life" by Hurts. Plus this Linkin Park song they used for the Playoffs. "Bleedin it out" or something.
I wonder: do you think a lot of the songs are being mentioned just because they're overplayed? Or is it maybe because of the type of people who listen to them? Some of these, I don't think there's anything wrong with the songs themselves, per se. Just the ancillary stuff that goes with it.
Just responding to the first two paragraphs because that last line made no sense to me. Kid, just don't confuse overplaying of a song with the merits of a song. But if you really believe Hotel California is the worst song in history then that's your opinion, as youthful it is, it's your opinion. And anybody who grew up listening to this song when it first came out knows how much of an anthem it was. You missed it...too bad...you missed something really good.
There is this son called Sweater Weather that I am forced to listen to at work by the Buzz. It is easily the worst song in history.
We are young - fun ft Janelle Monae Glad you came - The Wanted These two songs are the songs I listened to when I was talking to this one girl last summer. She's a real B word.
I f***ing hate "Pinball Wizard". I have no logical reasoning behind it. I just absolutely hate that g***amn song. Also, anything and everything by Live and Bush.
bruno mars make me ragey i like/listen to pop music, used to not...but at least half of it is irritating.
Hotel California is a classic you guys are trippen', i give no ****s whether it's played out or not. I really hate that "I ain't got no worries" song.
