He also flies any free agent prospects to Maui(there's a good $10,000 that could have gone to the charities you mentioned.

He also pays $1000 to a couple fans who will drive to houston, paint maverick colors all over their bodies and make complete asses out of themselves

This one doesn't have to do with money, but he taunts and criticizes opposing players.

He is disrupting the natural basketball process(the clips, mavs, wiz, warriors, etc draft or trade for good players and immediately lose them to free agency or trade demand) [IMG]

I'm sure Cuban donates his (and yours and my) fair share to charity. Flying a FA to Maui is a business expense, it has NTOHING to do with charity.

BTW, if Mark Cuban paid me 1000 dollars to drive to Houston and paint myself blue, I do it.

    Thats not the point.

I just dont think that an owner should be bribing people to go make complete fools of themselves.

Its his business, but thats my two cents.

Foolish acts are subjective in nature. Many would view painting themselves blue as a fun thing.

    this is nice,

From David Barron, courtesy of the Houston Chronicle:

"NBC's pre-game interview Saturday with Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was one
of those rare and wonderful moments when everyone involved came off looking
bad. Peter Vecsey, who has sparred with Cuban in the past, came across as
mean-spirited for attempting to hold an immature dilettante to standards of
adult behavior. Cuban lived up to his reputation as an obnoxious frat boy.
And Ahmad Rashad, who closed the segment by countering Vecsey's
hard-edged questions with a puffball about how proud Cuban must be of his
Mavericks, sounded like a clueless sycophant. It was the triple crown of
    dysfunctional conversation. . ."

    BAAM!

I'm not sure, I didn't see the article, but a friend of mine sent me the quote in an email on the 19th.

Wait, that was no help at all. At least I'm not posting about Chris Jent, I guess.
