I saw Collison play yesterday in the championship game. Although Kansas lost, Collison is clearly the best player out there. He's so much better than Troy Murphy in college. I think it's great to be a Rox's small forward. Here's what he can do: 1. He's moving really well without the ball or with the ball 2. He can shoot 3. He's got post move can play inside 4. He can block shot and rebound with really good instinct. 5. He can handle the ball 6. He's smart he's always in the right spot at the right time (I saw him get many good position rebounds & some steals) 7. Clutch guy, make smart decision. (He did all the little thing and make Kansas close the big deficit) If we can get him, it'll be great.
Who says we'll have the same offense next year?If we want to get the best out of Yao we better change offense! ALA
Best player out there? I believe Carmelo Anthony was hands down the best player out there. Better than Troy Murphy in college? I disagree with that statement too. Collison plays hard and has good fundamentals, but I don't think he'll be nearly as successful in the NBA. He reminds me of Raef Lafrentz another Kansas big man...good, but not exceptional. In College he's one of the best players, but in the NBA I just see him as another average player.
You must have been partying with Eddie huh? I don't think anyone in their right, sensible state of mind would say Collison is the best player out there when Carmelo has been the Lebron James of men's ncaa ball. And Collison...clutch? You must have missed the game last night too. How many free throws did he brick?
