As someone who doesn't enjoy making food that much, I'm not very good at making simple things. Please list some very easy to make snack-able food items. Here's what I recently discovered.

Grilled peanut butter / banana sandwich - You make it just how you would make a grilled cheese, except with peanut butter / banana inside the bread.

Cinamon Toast - Cinnamon/sugar mix that will be on top of butter that is on bread.

Anyone have some easy ideas like these?

    ...and salsa?

Pita chips/bread and hummus or cucumber/garlic/yogurt dip or eggplant dip, whatever. Use your imagination. Boiled shrimp and cocktail sauce? All types of charcuterie? What do you like? Fruit? Cheese? Meat?

They sell all kinds of great stuff at stores like HEB.

Ceviche, mix some canned seafood (e.g. Tuna, clams, oysters, crab meat, etc) w/ fresh or bottled salsa. Add chopped avocado or saltine crackers and serve cold.

Frito pies. Microwaved Chili plus plain Fritos. Either break them up in the bag or by violently stirring them into the chili. Simplistic, but if you're the snacking kind the flavor profile never gets old.

For your French Toast from earlier (I call it that since I hate eggs), replace the cinnamon with honey or syrup.
