I know this doesn't count...

...because I didn't get pictures.....

but I saw Rudy T at Central Market today. I couldn't fricken believe it....he was right in front of the place as I was walking in, and my wife caught him before I did.

AND...he was talking on his cell phone. I was torn between trying to nonchalently eavesdrop or to going back to my wife's Tahoe to get my camera. I decided to stick around and try to listen in.

Probably not the best move seeing as I'm half deaf. He was definitely talking about Larry for a while, and he definitely mentioned his age (Larry's).....but honestly....that's not enough to even speculate on.

After a few minutes with him still being there, I said "screw it" and went to the Tahoe and pulled out my camera. I just got a new digital camera, and I never thought of it as "big," but when I put on my 70-200mm zoom lense, I felt like the biggest moron walking around the Central Market parking lot carrying this thing. It's not like anyone could miss me with that big-ass lense hanging around my neck. Anyway, I walked back towards the door, and sure enough....he was gone.

That's what I get for parking way out in "no-door-dent" land. I put the camera back and walked inside....he was there in produce....still talking on the phone. I was so frustrated, I just walked on past him.

I'm such a loser.

 

Everyone noticed who he was....I don't think he's lost one hair since his treatment started (not that I'd know).....however....he does have the start of a bald spot on the back of his head.

 

damn near every one of them....but from the TV. They must try to keep the camera off of the back of his head.....probably in his contract.

OK....that's just bitterness over all of the grey I have talking.
