I call up for a service credit (for the first time this season) and the customer service rep makes me wait 10-15 minutes while he does his paperwork. I know he's doing his job but a service credit call only takes 2 minutes. He also signs me up for a technician visit. WTF. I finally got frustrated and asked why it was taking so long and he says if you're busy you can hang up. Now I have to call back to cancel a technician visit that I don't need. I think it took him so long cause he was filling out paperwork for a tech visit.
Damn man, that sucks. Mine is working fine. If its their problem, they should give you a few bucks off of next years Subscription.
Just talked to a real nice guy. He cancelled the appointment. I now realize that I sounded like a jerk to the first guy, but the first guy wasn't being clear with what he was doing. It doesn't take 15 minutes to fill out paperwork for a service credit and it certainly doesn't take a technician visit. He should have said what he was doing and I'd have asked him to stop. Oh well.
