Ahh I love De Ja Vu, along with Underground from Relapse. I think Rick Rubin influenced this track more than Dre.

Em sounds funny when he raps angry. Not intimidating at all.

Berzerk is a good song. Listened to it about 10 times today. Has a lot of layers to the song and takes a few listens to catch everything.

However, I do wish we see more of this from Eminem:

    <object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="//www.youtube.com/v/q14f_pWwwT4?hl=en_US&amp;version=3"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="//www.youtube.com/v/q14f_pWwwT4?hl=en_US&amp;version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

And I think Recovery was along those lines. He needed something to come back from relapsing and Recovery did a damn good job...not only for the people that buy his music but for himself, mostly.

I never understood why Recovery got so much criticism...I thought that album was damn good. Destroys Relapse and Encore.

Ehhh, I wouldn't say a song Bezerk has layers. Yes some of his punch layers has 2 meanings, but for me, layers means a whole verse can be taken multiple different ways, which Eminem does in some of his songs, but definitely not in this song.

    Track listing for MMLP2

so looks like 4 pop songs with Rihanna, Skylar Gray , Lis Rodriguez (Survival) and that lead singer guy from FUN. Hopefully he goes in on all the other tracks, plus, dat kendrick feature.

God, Slim Shady of MMLP1 would have never worked with Rihanna or the dude from FUN.

Its fine that he sold out and all, we all know that, but to just sour on the MMLP name is wrong in my opinion.

I agree, but I still have high hopes for this album, it's not like his pop songs sound bad, just not up to par with his older stuff. And we still have 11 songs that are just him plus the kendrick feature.

Em's new album so far... Good wordplay, terrible production values. No song so far you can bump to, like Jay Z's latest. Jay's latest was all-around great and appeals to anyone.

All three songs are a combination of his entire career, how can you not like it?

Rap God is amazing and Berzerk is a throwback to his Slim Shady days.
