Next-Gen pre orders : 3 PS4's and 1 Xbox One....looking to scalp.

    What, if any, next gen consoles have you pre ordered?

    I had 2 PS4's pre ordered originally from Amazon, so I don't have to pay a single cent as a deposit. 1 ordinary launch day console and a watch dogs ps4 bundle. I was going to keep 1 and scalp the other.

    But today I discovered Target still has pre orders available, so I pre ordered a 3rd PS4 and an xbox one.

    Worst case scenario, I break even, so I'm not too worried.

    How much do you honestly think I can realistically make through scalping?

    People had 2 months to pre order the ps4, ain't my fault if they're willing to overpay in a few months.

    Depends on demand. If it's anything like the WiiU demand...you won't get much at all.

    with online pre-orders nowadays, you probably won't get **** and that's how it should be. before people had to wait in line to get the system, and now you don't.

    I'm sure he works if he can afford to buy so many. If people are able and willing to pay then what's the problem? I wonder why clutchfans are so against anyone making a little money.

    Yup. Like i said, the systems have been up for pre order for 2 months, no excuse if you haven't pre ordered yet. If you don't want to pay more money, that's fine. Just have a nice time being patient.

    Don't think you'll make much honestly. With people getting the chance to preorder nowadays those people that would have overpayed back in the day don't have to anymore.

    I can cancel my extra pre order on amazon any time, and i can get a refund for my target pre order if i discover that upon release, the demand isn't as high as i had assumed.

    First, some people might be waiting to hear more about what games will be available before pre-ordering. So, on principle... still scumbag.

    Secondly, doubt you'll make much of anything anyway. This generation isn't as big a leap forward technologically as others have been. I really doubt we're looking at a PS2 level of demand here (which, incidentally, is the only time I ever pre-ordered a system). Would not be surprised if you're creating work for yourself for zero return. Have a nice time with that.

    Seems like there are so many preorders for free that everyone that wants one will have one. You'll probably be lucky to break even.

    I got my XBone on lockdown. Will not scalp bc I want to play immediately. Just need to decide which game(s) Im going to go with...with Titanfall was a day 1 game.
