I'm pretty sure of it anyway. Last night I and 302's girl went to the Rocket's Viewing Party at Live Sports Cafe downtown. There were several Rockets reps there including Clutch (the mascot, not the admin of this BBS), 3 of the Power Dancers (my girl and I got our picture taken with them) and those drummer guys. Sports Radio 610 was there with a HUGE get well card for RudyT, which I signed "....from www.clutchcity.net." It was a hell of a lot of fun, and the Rockets reps were wearing the throwback red & gold t-shirts they're giving away at the game this Sunday vs Orlando. The shirts are frickin' cool. Anyway, I was talking to one of the reps and I asked him about the new uni's. He told me they were going to be red & silver, and that they were VERY cool. The red will be a bit darker than the original red, and the design is a lot more simple and traditional. He wouldn't tell me anything else about the logo, but he did tell me the colors: Red is the dominant color once again (thank GOD!) with Silver as the complimentary color. He made me swear not to tell anyone....but hey, I'm just a guy typing on a bbs. So there you go. I can't wait!

I think red and silver sounds nice. Throw in the blue from our current away uni's and you've got a nice scheme... but so do the NEW JERSEY NETS (red, blue, silver)!!!!!!!!
I think silver is a great compliment to red. I'm picturing more of a deeper blood-red with that metallic-threaded silver, as opposed to grey. I think it'll be great. Man I hate our current uniforms. Always have, always will.
Not bad New Jack... in fact, I really like it. Clean, simple, modern... better than a shark-rocket flying around planet basketball emblazened onto PJ's.
New Jack, looks pretty good to me. Can you post the link the the Nike uniform creator so we can all fool around with what we think the unis should look like?
What if, when it comes out, that we dont like it. It would have been better to have Fans preview different designs and colors. The management can make such poor selections, look at the present PJs !
loving it!!! i was pulling for silver. i hope its more of a metallic silver and not silver like the Nets. The lettering could use some flair, but dont over do it. I'm thinking about a silver home jersey....
