    Pretty remarkable how she stays calm throughout the whole ordeal. You hear her initially wanting to escape, but then change and ultimately start trying to calm him down when he starts saying things leading her to believe he may give up.

    Thankfully she stayed calm and the guy made at least one intelligent decision.

    Lady is a hero, no doubt. Good for her, good for her.
    She'd be a hero regardless of the outcome for doing her best to diffuse the situation, but glad the outcome was what it was.

    She did a great job... I would have been in tears, but her staying calm helped him stay calm.
