I compared KMart to Rip Hamilton (good defender??? no), not Chauncey Billups. In a head to head matchup Courtney Lee would be all over Billups like a cheap suit! I said that the combination of Lowry and Dragic (at their best) might be comparable to Billups. I'll grant you that Rasheed is overall the better player than Scola. As for Ben Wallace...ZERO offense, no passing, no shooting, nothing. At least Asik will give you twelve or so points to go along with some great defense of his own, #2 in the league in rebounding, etc....

I think Robinson did deserve that award; it does reflect the regular season we had. But we all know who got the real prize

As far as Nash's MVPs go, I think he deserved the 2005 one. I think Marion and Stoudemire helped to elevate his game as well but he was the floor general. Remember, they went from 29 to 62 wins.

Kobe should have been awarded the 2006 one, if you feel he deserves one at all.

pretty impressive considering the rockets are the only ones with 2 players in the top 10 of the mvp votes. No other team has a 2nd player representing their team in the mvp talk.

And to think, a year ago today we'd probably be ecstatic with just one top-10 MVP guy.
