In the Rockets/Sixers Preview on Rockets.com Mobley said he feels his finger is broken. Here is the quote.....

"Rockets guard Cuttino Mobley, who is playing with an injured finger that has plagued him for months, will draw the tough assignment of guarding Iverson.

“I think it is broken (finger),” said Mobley. "Guys play injured in this league though, so I’ll just continue to get treatment on it and see what happens."

Wow, it is time to turn to the crystalball instead of a doctor! What does the team doctor think?

Well he better play, because Moochie and Francis will have a tough time against Eric Snow and Allen Iverson.

How courageous of Cuttino playing with a broken finger while keeping it a 'secret' to protect the team and throw opposing teams off stride...it's just like Cuttino to be unselfish and always thinking of the team first, just like the way he plays basketball. Back at you Rockbox:rolleyes:

This sarcasm thing is getting out of hand on this forum. Hey people you do not to use it - leave it for those who know how to apply it like A-Train and co.

WHat?! I can barely understand you post. Sarcasm is a good thing. TO understand it you have to know a bit about the posters, it comes with the time experience here on cc.net.

That was a pretty obvious sarcasm...thanks to the  otherwise...itcould go either way.

Mobes has heart. That guy's hand is banged up.

How was he keeping it a secret? I'm tired of people calling Cat selfish. He makes stupid decisions on the court, but it doesn't make hime selfish. Is it selfish of him to accept less money to stay with the Rocks. Is it selfish of him to take less shots so Ming, Posey, and Ming can get theres. Cat used not pass during the ISO days because that was what the ISO was supposed to do. Don't blame Cat when it was the design of the offense. Is it selfish of him to play last with 2 bum ankles when the team need him.

Cat has two flaws, he makes bad decisions sometimes and he doesn't pass well. Please don't equate that to being selfish.

When you dribble the ball for such an extended period of time, of course you'll break a few digits.

The Rockets should hire a doctor to check cat out. It be sad not to have a team doctor. Maybe out of state hospital are too expensive to get an x-ray.:D
