The Millers is by far one of the funniest movies to come out in along time.

As far as dark comedy I thought Tucker and Dale vs Evil was great.

Superbad, 21 Jump Street, and This is the End are definitely missing from this list

Would anybody consider Oceans 11(or any of the other movies) a comedy?

Good comedies are pretty rare regardless of decade. Judd Apatow had potential until he started cranking out date movies starting with Knocked Up.

    Since 2000:
    40 yr old virgin
    super troopers
    superbad
    ricky bobby
    step brothers
    borat
    dodgeball
    anchorman
    team america
    tropic thunder
    idiocracy
    ted
    zoolander
    walk hard

There are some stoner flicks that are funny but i dont really relate to the stoner humor. Likewise, there are some chick flicks like Knocked Up that are somewhat funny but have that too-strong, sappy romance element that throws off the comedic value. And then there are those unsubtle humor flicks like The Hangover or Tyler Perry X that hit you over the head with slapstick and just dont live up to their promise.

Two movies that I haven't seen mentioned and are 100% family friendly are....

    1) Nacho Libre...very funny
    2) Rocketman... very, very funny (love Rocketman)

Napoleon Dynamite is another option, but this movie is an acquired taste, either you love it or you hate it...
